Methodology
Netmation employs a methodology which follows the logical development process from project concept to implementation. Most projects can be broken up into the following phases:

• Phase 1 - Strategic Planning
• Phase 2 - Requirements Development
• Phase 3 - Implementation

During these phases, Netmation provides a detailed task oriented plan for those engagements which you require Netmation project management.

Project Tracking
All Netmation consulting engagements provide the client with a detailed accounting of the work plan schedules and managed resources. This information is available to you on a daily basis. Netmation has internal systems which enable our clients to view daily tracking of our projects via the Internet. By contracting out our expertise in a project phase approach, we can best provide you with accurate estimates to complete the deliverables our consultants will deliver.
