Will MLSvideo provide legal advice the purchase contract, title, escrow, closing?
We do not give legal advice, since we are not lawyers. If you have legal contract issues you should always contact an attorney and not rely on any real estate professional.

Who do I send earnest money deposit to?
Before we can present your offer to the seller or his agent, we must have a signed Purchase and Sale Agreement and a good faith earnest money deposit from you. The earnest money deposit is fully refundable if your offer is not accepted by the seller.
