Introduction
Netmation provides a full service employment and job placement services. Netmation maintains two databases. Our job database contains information on available positions. Our candidate database contains information on professionals that are interested in discussing new employment opportunities. You can search these databases by either job or candidate qualification key words. Having employers and job seekers do the initial searching enables us to operate at lower costs while providing a high quality service. This means lower costs for the employers and more job opportunities for job candidates.

Netmation Pays Referral Fees
Do you know an employer trying to fill a position? We are currently passing on 25% of our paid commission to individuals that refer us to an employer trying to fill a position and willing to use our service. So if you are aware of any job openings, maybe interviews you've been on that did not match with your interests or positions your company is trying to fill, contact us. This is an easy way to make some extra cash.

Do you know of a candidate looking for employment? We are currently paying up to $1000 for referring to Netmation someone who takes a position with Netmation.

Whether you're looking for a job right now, or just curious about what might be out there for you, Netmation will keep you in touch with the current job scene. It's like having a search firm working for you all day, every day, all year long! Whether or not you are actively looking for a job right now, Netmation will keep you in touch with career opportunities that are ideally suited to your skills and experience. And even if you are quite satisfied with your current position, there may be a job out there that would entice you to make a change. There are, in fact, opportunities simply too good to pass up. All you have to do is provide Netmation with a recent resume about your career history and experience. The information you provide is made available to companies who express interest in obtaining consultants or full time employees.

Please contact Netmation if you need assistance putting together a professional looking resume. Your most updated resume will automatically be stored on our systems and made accessible to 1000's of employers who hire people in your profession.

Job Listings
No fee is charged to enter your business consulting, contracting or employment needs on our system and have them available for 1000's of individuals. Business needs for consultants, contractors and employees are listed without reference to the employer. It is the desire for all contracting and employment search services to be done in partnership with Netmation. Fees for employee placement services are most likely to be paid by the employer. However, Netmation's system does provide the capability to list employee paid job openings which may be more suitable for certain professions. Those businesses who desire to not work with Netmation from a consulting/contracting/employee placement standpoint can still have their requirements listed on our system. You will be able to provide your own name, address, and phone number for interested individuals to contact you. Netmation will charge a reasonable fee to provide this service for your business.

Candidate Listings
No fee is charged to enter your qualifications and/or resume on our system and have it readily available for 1000's of employers. There is no additional security required to access our consultants, contractors and job candidate data base which lists a brief description of the individuals qualifications. To protect the confidentiality of those who wish to have their resume stored online and be accessed by 1000's of businesses we require some expression of interest from an employer prior to giving one the online security to view the resumes. The easiest way for a business to express interest is to leave a private online electronic mail message for a Netmation representative as to your needs. You will then be contacted in the same means, electronic mail, phone, fax or regular mail in which you contacted Netmation. Netmation desires but DOES NOT require that by accessing our resume data bases that you will provide us with the opportunity to provide a bid on any contracting, consulting and/or employee search services you require.

Netmation's software will list those resumes of paying subscribers to our online service first for all searches employers make on our data bases. In addition Netmation pays closer attention to those resumes of subscribers when filling positions for consulting, clients and Netmation positions. Whether or not you subscribe to our online service uploading your resume on our service should be considered a must. Netmation's online resume service does not try to "force fit" between candidates and employers. The service simply sets up the opportunity for a connection. The costs for Netmation services are nominal and I believe you'll agree that the opportunities are significant.
