NCAP is distributed free of charge, and may be copied
and redistributed royality free as long as all files are included in each
distribution.

Included are all character based applications and associated data files.
WCAP8.EXE
Netmation Computer Application Program (NCAP) Version 8 for Windows.
Included are all windows based applications. Install program into the
same directory as the DOS based version to utilize all the
same data files and configuration settings.
